Which Destination is the Best Place to Visit and Why?
January 7th, 2022By Native Africa Trails
Are you wondering which African wonder you should visit first? Native Africa Trails offers a couple of great traveling locations for you to check out.
You can either choose to visit the beautiful wonder of Tanzania or the vast nature of Kenya. We’ll explain everything you need to know about both these places.
By the end of it, you might immediately know which place is right for you to visit.
So, let’s get started. First, we’ll talk about Tanzania
If you were to go around and ask which traveling destination is the best for safaris, we guarantee that Tanzania will be one of the places people bring up.
And, when you think about it, it’s really no wonder why that is. After all, Tanzania is one of the best places to observe African wildlife.
There are so many beautiful places and things that you might get the chance to witness if you visit Tanzania.
One of these things can be the annual migration of millions of zebras and wildebeests. They go from Serengeti National Park in Tanzania to Masai Mara Nation Reserve, which is coincidentally in the other destination we offer you to visit, Kenya.
But, witnessing the natural beauty of the African wilderness and landscape doesn’t have to be the only thing you do in Tanzania.
Something else you can do is go for a walk or for some quiet time on the beach. Zanzibar island is a perfect place where you can do that.
Tanzania truly is the whole package. When can you visit it? Well, we’d suggest you go right on the brink of when the dry season transitions into the wet season. October would be that time.
But, that’s not to say that Tanzania is not great at other times of the year as well. You can visit it at any time you want and still have an unforgettable experience.
And, the same thing goes for Kenya as well.
Kenya is another great place to explore the wildlife and leave the rest of the world behind you. Kenya is perfect for anyone who has never been on a safari before.
You can witness the beauty and mighty big cats of Africa, like the lions, cheetahs, leopards, and so on.
And, if you visit at a specific time, you can see a lot more zebras and wildebeests. As we mentioned before, that’s because they migrate from Tanzania to Kenya.
Kenya is filled with many other wild animals and beautiful locations, all of which are waiting for you to see.
In Kenya, you might also get the chance to visit and talk to the many people living there. That way, you can get a real taste of what African culture is like.
Although some people might consider Kenya to be filled with a few too many people, others would say that Kenya’s natural beauty is worth it. Plus, if you visit during a time when there aren’t as many people coming, you might enjoy the experience even more.
The beginning or middle of the year could be great for that.
